• Short Code is usually a 5-digit number. E.g. 12345.
• Dedicated Short Code is a premium service that attracts a set-up and monthly fee(see pricing).
• Apply for Short Code from info@ivysms.com. Specify if Dedicated Short Code or Shared Short Code.

• Dedicated Short Code is fully reserved for you (higher fee compared to Shared Short Code).
• Shared Short Code is used between multiple users but differentiated by your unique keyword. The system recognises your unique keyword and route your message to your inbox. (Contact us for more explanation and cost) – info@ivysms.com
